I'm pretty sure I do present as an "angry" person online at times because I mainly speak up when things 'aren't alright' and shut up when 'all is well'. Please consider the following as 'advice' - rather than the words of "some internet hater":
The 'Artist News' where you just posted ( https://www.newgrounds.com/news/artists ) are filled to the brim with stuff most users will totally ignore. Some of them are non-consequential "Hi"-posts, just like this one. Friendly users who are on at the time will essentially say "Hi." back and that's it. The artist invested a minute, the users invested 2 seconds. Usually, nothing will come of it.
Personally, I will even skip those posts entirely. The only reason I checked this out 'and then' checked out your art was because "the stars aligned". But you shouldn't count on your luck.
Dear, ralphv2... You are an artist who creates pretty good pieces of art. Please... Do _not_ hide that so well! Consider using pieces that look less like sketches for your avatar and profile background. Also: People will not 'come after your blood' when you make a 'nothing post' on NG, but if you 'do', then consider adding one of your pieces (that looks as if it might fit the post 'somewhat') in your news post, in order to show off your art.
I like your art, but I despair at your PR-skills.
Thanks for the well constructed critic-compliment-critic sandwich (not sarcasticly), i kinda knew this would happen due to me just blind testing stuff out of the blue, will not do again. On the pr stuff, ye kinda still working it out and still learning on better communication and such. I really appreciate your comment !!
